1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Barcode2Api ("the Service"), operated by Barcode2Api ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Barcode2Api is a no-code platform that allows you to build custom barcode scanning mobile applications. The Service includes a web dashboard for designing mobile forms, managing API connections, and organising workspaces, as well as a mobile application for scanning barcodes and submitting data.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep your account information up to date.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service beyond its intended API

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service, including scan data, API configurations, and collection content. You grant us a limited licence to process and store your data solely to provide the Service. We will not sell your data to third parties.

6. API Connections and Third-Party Services

The Service allows you to connect to third-party APIs and platforms. You are solely responsible for your use of these third-party services and for ensuring you comply with their terms of service. We act as a conduit and are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of third-party services.

7. Subscriptions and Billing

Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, branding, and documentation, is owned by Barcode2Api and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Barcode2Api shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you breach these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.
